Welcome to COSMOMK (“COSMOMK”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.cosmomk.com (“Website”), including all services, courses, consultation sessions, events, reports, digital materials, content, and solutions offered through the Website.

By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of Singapore. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website.

1. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Website or purchase any products or services unless you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

1.2 By accessing or using this Website, you represent and warrant that:

You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements;
All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current;
Your use of the Website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Nature of Services

2.1 COSMOMK provides educational, informational, consultation, research, coaching, analytical, and training-related services regarding numbers phenomena, personal development, business development, and related methodologies.

2.2 Services available through the Website may include:

2.3 All content and services are provided solely for educational, informational, research, and personal development purposes.

3. No Medical, Psychological, Legal, Financial or Professional Advice

3.1 COSMOMK does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, accounting, financial, investment, or regulated professional advice.

3.2 Any information, analysis, recommendations, reports, courses, consultation sessions, or solutions provided through the Website are not intended to:

Replace professional medical or healthcare consultation;
Constitute legal, financial, or investment advice;
Guarantee personal, business, relationship, educational, or financial outcomes.

3.3 You acknowledge and agree that:

Individual interpretations and experiences may vary;
Any reliance on the Website or services is at your own discretion and risk;
You remain solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from your use of the Website or services.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Use

4.1 You agree to use the Website lawfully and responsibly.

4.2 You shall not:

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All intellectual property rights in the Website and its contents, including but not limited to:

Graphics;
Logos;
Videos;
Software;
Reports;
Course materials;
Research frameworks;
Methodologies;
Concepts;
Designs;
Branding;
Numbers phenomena systems and analytical methods;

shall remain the exclusive property of COSMOMK or its licensors.

5.2 Such materials are protected under the laws of Singapore, including the Copyright Act 2021, Trade Marks Act 1998, and applicable international intellectual property laws.

5.3 No material from the Website may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from COSMOMK.

6. Payments, Bookings and Refunds

6.1 Any price change applies only to future purchases and shall not affect the price already agreed and paid for by an existing customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

6.2 Full payment may be required before confirmation of any booking, course enrolment, consultation session, or purchase.

6.3 Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing:

Courses and digital access rights are non-transferable;
Consultation bookings are subject to scheduling availability;
Missed appointments or late attendance may be deemed forfeited.

6.4 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

COSMOMK provides a fourteen (14)-day cooling-off period from the date of enrolment and payment for eligible courses.

During this fourteen (14)-day cooling-off period, the student may request a refund. COSMOMK reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative, payment gateway, transaction and processing costs actually incurred in connection with the enrolment and refund

6.5 Refund Policy for Foundation Courses | Advance Courses| Lifetime Consultant Courses

Course Commencement and Immediate Access

Upon successful enrolment and payment, the course may commence immediately. COSMOMK may provide the student with immediate access to the course learning platform, digital learning materials, recorded teaching modules, previous years' teaching materials, videos, documents, notes and other course-related content.

For courses where recorded teaching materials are provided upon enrolment, the provision of such materials constitutes the commencement and delivery of the course.

Notwithstanding the immediate commencement of the course or the provision of course materials, an eligible student may exercise the fourteen (14)-day cooling-off and refund right provided under Section 6.4.

After the expiry of the fourteen (14)-day cooling-off period, no refund will be provided for the student's subsequent decision not to continue the course, non-attendance, non-participation, failure to access or study the course materials, inability to attend future teaching sessions, change in personal circumstances, or decision not to make use of the remaining programme period, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Singapore law.

Foundation Course: Three Month Teaching and Learning Program: SGD 3314

Advance Course: Three Years teaching and learning Program. SGD 18 600

Lifetime Consultant Course: 10 Years teaching and learning Program SGD 33 154

As part of the enrolment, students may receive immediate access to 50 or more recorded course modules and/or teaching materials from previous years, together with subsequent teaching, updates, practical sessions, and other educational content provided during the applicable course period.

The course period refers to the period during which COSMOMK provides the applicable teaching, learning opportunities, updates, practical training and/or other course-related services. It does not mean that the course remains unstarted until a future live class or teaching session.

Immediate Access and Course Commencement

Because course materials may be delivered immediately upon enrolment, no refund will be available once the student has been granted access to or has received any course materials or course-related content, including but not limited to:

recorded course modules;
previous years’ teaching recordings;
e-learning modules;
videos;
course notes;
digital or physical books
teaching materials;
practical training materials;
online learning platforms;
live or recorded classes; or
any other course-related educational content or services.

For the avoidance of doubt, a student does not need to watch, complete, download, or otherwise use the materials for the course to be considered commenced. Where COSMOMK has delivered or made the course materials or digital access available to the student, the course has commenced and the applicable refund restriction shall apply.

No Refund After Course Commencement

No refund shall be provided after the course has commenced, including where the student:

has accessed or received any course materials;
has received access to recorded modules;
has attended any live or recorded teaching;
has partially completed the course;
has not yet watched the materials provided;
subsequently decides not to continue the course;
is unable to attend future teaching sessions;
changes personal circumstances or schedule; or
chooses not to make use of the remaining course period.

The refund policy applies to the course as an educational programme and is not calculated based on the number of modules watched, classes attended, or hours personally used by the student.

Promotional, Discounted and Special-Rate Purchases

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, promotional, discounted, special-rate or preferential purchases are non-refundable once the applicable course, digital materials or services have commenced or been delivered.

Acknowledgement at Enrolment

By completing enrolment and payment, the student acknowledges and agrees that:

the course may commence immediately upon enrolment;
digital and recorded course materials may be provided immediately;
access to such materials constitutes delivery and commencement of the course;
the student may receive substantial course content, including recorded modules from previous years, immediately upon enrolment; and
once course materials or course access have been provided, the applicable no-refund condition applies, subject always to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

6.6 Programme Service Period and Student Participation

Advance Practical Course – Three (3) Year Programme at SGD 18 600

The COSMOMK Advance Course is a three (3)-year educational and teaching programme. During the applicable three-year programme period, COSMOMK will provide the student with the applicable education, teaching, learning opportunities, course updates, practical training, guidance, support, and other course-related services as determined by COSMOMK from time to time.

Lifetime Consultant Course – Ten (10) Year Programme at SGD 33 154

The COSMOMK Lifetime Consultant Course is a ten (10)-year educational and professional development programme. During the applicable ten-year programme period, COSMOMK will provide the student with the applicable education, teaching, learning opportunities, updates, practical training, guidance, support, and other course-related services as determined by COSMOMK from time to time.

The programme period refers to the period during which COSMOMK makes the applicable education, updates, teaching, training, support, and services available to the student. It does not constitute a guarantee of any particular number of classes, sessions, modules, consultations, results, achievements, income, or other outcomes.

Student Participation and Use of Programme

Students are responsible for their own participation, attendance, learning, practice, and use of the educational materials and services provided by COSMOMK.

If a student chooses not to attend classes, does not participate in teaching or training sessions, does not access or study the learning materials, does not complete the learning activities, or otherwise chooses not to make use of the education, training, updates, support, or services available during the applicable programme period, such non-participation shall not entitle the student to a refund, partial refund, credit, compensation, extension, or other reimbursement.

For the avoidance of doubt, COSMOMK's obligation is to make the applicable programme education, teaching, updates, learning opportunities, support, and services available during the stated programme period. The student's decision not to attend, learn, practise, participate, or make use of such opportunities does not constitute a failure by COSMOMK to provide the programme and does not create a right to a refund.

The student acknowledges that the value of the programme is not determined solely by the number of classes personally attended or the amount of content personally consumed. Once enrolment has been completed and the applicable course access, materials, education, or services have been made available, the student's subsequent level of participation is a matter of personal choice and responsibility.

No Refund for Non-Participation

Accordingly, no refund shall be available where a student subsequently decides not to continue learning, does not attend classes or sessions, does not watch or study the recorded modules, does not practise the knowledge taught, becomes inactive, or chooses not to make use of the remaining programme period.

This clause is subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Singapore law.

6.7 COSMOMK reserves the right to reject, refuse, cancel, or suspend any order, registration, or booking at its sole discretion.

6.8 Where refunds are provided at above terms, administrative charges, transaction fees, or consumed services may be deducted.

7. Digital Content and Course Access

7.1 Access to digital content, online courses, reports, videos, or materials is granted solely to the registered user.

7.2 You shall not:

Share login credentials with third parties;
Reproduce or distribute course materials;
Upload or circulate materials on external platforms;
Use materials for unauthorized commercial purposes.

7.3 COSMOMK reserves the right to revoke access without refund where unauthorized sharing, piracy, infringement, or misuse is detected.

7.4 COSMOMK may update, revise, replace or modify course content, teaching methods, schedules, materials and programme components from time to time, provided that such changes do not materially deprive the student of the core educational programme purchased during the applicable programme period.

7.5 Non-Transferability of Course Enrolment and Programme Benefits

A course enrolment, programme entitlement, student account, consultant recognition or any associated educational benefit is personal to the registered student and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, gifted, sublicensed or otherwise transferred to another person without COSMOMK's prior written consent.

The registered student shall not permit another person to access, use or participate in the student's course account, course materials, programme entitlement, consultant recognition or other benefits associated with the student's enrolment.

Any unauthorised sale, assignment, transfer, sharing or other use of a student's course enrolment or programme entitlement may result in suspension or termination of access without refund, subject to applicable Singapore law.

8. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer

8.1 Testimonials, examples, success stories, case studies, or user experiences displayed on the Website are illustrative only.

8.2 Such testimonials do not constitute guarantees, warranties, or representations that similar outcomes will be achieved by any other individual.

8.3 COSMOMK does not represent or guarantee that its courses, methodologies, analysis, consultations or solutions will diagnose, prevent, cure, treat or improve any disease, medical condition or mental health condition, nor guarantee any particular financial, investment, business, relationship or personal outcome.

9. Third-Party Websites and External Links

9.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or platforms for convenience.

9.2 COSMOMK does not control and shall not be responsible for:

Third-party content;
Security or privacy practices;
Accuracy or reliability of information;
Products or services offered by third parties.

9.3 Accessing third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 The Website and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, COSMOMK disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

Merchantability;
Fitness for a particular purpose;
Accuracy or completeness;
Non-infringement;
Reliability or availability.

10.3 COSMOMK does not warrant that:

The Website will operate uninterrupted or error-free;
Defects will be corrected;
The Website or servers are free from viruses or harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, COSMOMK shall not be liable for losses that are indirect, consequential, incidental or remote, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill or data, arising from the use of the Website or services.

11.2 COSMOMK does not exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Singapore law.

11.3 Subject to applicable law, where COSMOMK is legally liable for a claim arising directly from a particular product or service, COSMOMK's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any statutory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COSMOMK, its officers, employees, affiliates, consultants, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising out of:

Your breach of these Terms;
Your misuse of the Website;
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

13. Personal Data Protection and Privacy

13.1 Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

COSMOMK PTE. LTD. (“COSMOMK”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our customers, students, website users and other individuals whose personal data we collect, use or disclose.

For the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”), “personal data” means data about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data together with other information to which COSMOMK has or is likely to have access.

COSMOMK may collect, use and disclose personal data for purposes that are reasonably appropriate in the circumstances and for purposes notified to the individual, including:

processing and administering course enrolments, registrations, payments and transactions;
providing courses, education, teaching, training, consultations, support and other services;
communicating with students and customers regarding courses, classes, schedules, appointments, programme updates and service-related matters;
maintaining student, customer and account records;
verifying identity and administering student or customer accounts;
processing refunds, payments and other administrative matters;
improving COSMOMK's courses, programmes, services, systems and customer experience;
managing events, workshops, talks, exhibitions and other activities;
complying with applicable laws, regulations, legal obligations and lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities; and
such other purposes as may be notified to the individual at or before the time of collection or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

13.2 Consent

Where required under the PDPA, COSMOMK will obtain the individual's consent before collecting, using or disclosing personal data for the relevant purposes.

An individual may withdraw consent by giving COSMOMK reasonable notice. Upon receiving a valid withdrawal request, COSMOMK will cease or limit the collection, use or disclosure of the individual's personal data for the relevant purpose, unless otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any collection, use or disclosure carried out before the withdrawal.

Where withdrawal of consent affects COSMOMK's ability to provide a course or service, COSMOMK may inform the individual of the reasonably foreseeable consequences of such withdrawal.

13.3 Marketing Communications

COSMOMK may send service-related communications that are reasonably necessary for the administration and provision of a customer's purchased course or service.

Where COSMOMK sends marketing or promotional communications, such communications will be carried out in accordance with applicable Singapore laws and regulations, including the PDPA and applicable Do Not Call (“DNC”) requirements.

Where consent is required for marketing communications, COSMOMK will obtain the appropriate consent in accordance with applicable law.

Individuals may opt out of receiving marketing communications by following the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided in the relevant communication or by contacting COSMOMK.

Withdrawal from marketing communications will not affect the individual's ability to receive essential service-related communications relating to an existing course, programme, transaction or account.

13.4 Accuracy of Personal Data

COSMOMK will make reasonable efforts to ensure that personal data in its possession or under its control is accurate and complete where such personal data is likely to be used by COSMOMK to make a decision affecting the individual or disclosed to another organisation.

Individuals should inform COSMOMK if their personal data is inaccurate, incomplete or requires updating.

13.5 Protection of Personal Data

COSMOMK will make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in its possession or under its control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, loss or other similar risks.

Access to personal data will be limited to persons who reasonably require such access for legitimate business, operational, administrative, educational or legal purposes.

13.6 Retention of Personal Data

COSMOMK will retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the personal data was collected or for other legal or business purposes.

When personal data is no longer required for any legal or business purpose, COSMOMK will cease to retain it or remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with the individual, where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.

13.7 Disclosure to Third Parties and Service Providers

COSMOMK may disclose personal data to third parties where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in these Terms or in COSMOMK's Privacy Policy, including service providers, payment processors, technology providers, course platforms, administrative service providers, professional advisers and other parties engaged by COSMOMK to provide or support its business operations.

Where third parties process personal data on behalf of COSMOMK, COSMOMK will take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

13.8 Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore

Where COSMOMK transfers personal data outside Singapore, COSMOMK will comply with the applicable requirements of the PDPA relating to overseas transfers and will take appropriate steps to ensure that the transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

13.9 Access and Correction

Subject to applicable exceptions under the PDPA, individuals may request access to their personal data in COSMOMK's possession or under its control and information about how their personal data has been used or disclosed during the applicable period prescribed by law.

Individuals may also request correction of an error or omission in their personal data.

COSMOMK may require sufficient information to verify the identity of the requester before processing an access or correction request and may charge a reasonable fee where permitted under applicable law.

13.10 Data Breach

Where COSMOMK becomes aware of a data breach, COSMOMK will assess the breach and take appropriate steps in accordance with the PDPA, including notification to the Personal Data Protection Commission and/or affected individuals where notification is required by law.

13.11 Data Protection Officer

COSMOMK has designated a Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) to oversee COSMOMK's compliance with its personal data protection obligations.

For enquiries, requests relating to personal data, withdrawal of consent, access or correction requests, or complaints concerning the handling of personal data, individuals may contact COSMOMK through the contact details published on the COSMOMK website.

13.12 Privacy Policy

Further information regarding COSMOMK's collection, use, disclosure, protection and retention of personal data is set out in COSMOMK's Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Section and COSMOMK's Privacy Policy, the applicable requirements of the PDPA and other applicable Singapore laws shall prevail.

14. Electronic Communications

14.1 By communicating with COSMOMK electronically, including via email, forms, messaging platforms, or the Website, you consent to receive electronic communications from COSMOMK.

14.2 You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written communications under applicable law.

15. Force Majeure

COSMOMK shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, governmental actions, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, power failures, labour disputes, or technical failures.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under Singapore law, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Waiver

No failure or delay by COSMOMK in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of such right or remedy.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and COSMOMK regarding the use of the Website and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating thereto.

19. Amendments

COSMOMK reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Any revised Terms shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For existing customers who have already purchased a course program, amendments to these Terms will not retrospectively alter the material contractual benefits already purchased, except where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for regulatory, security, technical or operational reasons.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

20.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

20.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
