These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in the COSMOMK Number Phenomena Courses (“Course”) offered by COSMOMK PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202114141M) (“COSMOMK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By completing the application form and/or making any payment for the Course, the participant (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

​

1. Course Acknowledgement

​

1.1 The Participant confirms that sufficient information regarding the nature, structure, content, and delivery of the Course has been provided prior to registration.

​

1.2 The Participant acknowledges that participation is voluntary and that they fully understand the nature of the Course before enrolling.

​

1.3 The Course is an educational and personal development programme intended solely for learning purposes and does not constitute professional, financial, or investment advisory services.

​

1.4 The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Foundation and Advanced Courses (3 Years) are marketed at the standard course fee of S$18,600 (Singapore Dollars Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred). The Participant further acknowledges that he/she is enrolling in the Course under a special promotional arrangement at the discounted course fee of S$7,658 (Singapore Dollars Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Eight) only

1.5 The Participant acknowledges that the promotional course fee is a special discretionary concession offered by COSMOMK and may be subject to specific terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, or limitations as determined by COSMOMK.

​

2. Course Duration

​

2.1 The Course enrolment is valid for a period of Three (3) years from the date of registration, unless otherwise stated in writing by COSMOMK.

​

2.2 During the validity period, Participants may attend scheduled classes, workshops, revision sessions, or related learning activities, subject to availability and scheduling.

​

3. E-Learning Modules

​

3.1 A total of fifty (50) foundation modules and Thirty (30) Advance Course modules will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during registration.

​

3.2 These modules are designed for self-paced learning throughout the Course validity period.

​

3.3 The Participant is responsible for ensuring that a valid, active, and accessible email address is provided and maintained.

3.4 COSMOMK shall not be responsible for non-receipt of materials due to incorrect email details, spam filtering, technical issues, or failure by the Participant to access their email.

​

3.5 All materials provided are strictly for the Participant’s personal, non-commercial use only and shall not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, shared, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from COSMOMK.

​

3.6 COSMOMK reserves the right to continuously update, enhance, develop, revise, or introduce new e-learning modules, educational content, methodologies, and learning materials as part of its ongoing educational and research development initiatives. Such materials may be delivered electronically to Participants for continuous learning purposes during the Course validity period at COSMOMK’s sole discretion.

4. Course Delivery

​

4.1 The Course may be delivered via one or more of the following formats:

• Online platforms (including Zoom or similar systems);

• Physical classroom sessions at COSMOMK premises; and/or

• Any other platforms, venues, or formats as determined by COSMOMK.

4.2 Advanced practical sessions are typically conducted on a monthly basis and may include, but are not limited to:

• Live case analysis based on participant queries;

• Applied number-phenomena discussions;

• 2-Digit to 11-Digit Number combination analysis; and

• Practical application exercises.

4.3 The Participant acknowledges that content of advanced sessions may vary from time to time depending on educational objectives, participant interaction, and real-time case discussions.

4.4 COSMOMK reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or adjust course schedules, instructors, venues, and formats where reasonably necessary.

​

5. Individual Life Code Solution

​

5.1 The “Individual Life Code Solution” (“Life Code”) refers to a personalised and unique numerical combination system generated and interpreted for a specific individual based on COSMOMK’s proprietary framework.

​

5.2 The Life Code is strictly offered only to students enrolled in the Lifetime Advanced Course programme, and eligibility shall be determined at the sole discretion of COSMOMK.

​

5.3 The Life Code is provided solely for self-development and education purposes, and is not intended to be used as, or represented as, professional, financial, investment, psychological, legal, or medical advice.

​

5.4 As the Life Code is not a standalone product for sale, and is only accessible within the Lifetime Advanced Course structure, no refunds, returns, or cancellations shall be applicable in relation to the Life Code under any circumstances.

​

5.5 The Participant acknowledges that the Life Code is unique to each individual and must not be copied, shared, transferred, reproduced, or disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from COSMOMK.

​

5.6 COSMOMK shall not be liable for any interpretation, application, or reliance placed on the Life Code by the Participant or any third party.

​

5.7 Any attempt by the Participant to market, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the Life Code in any form shall be strictly prohibited. COSMOMK shall bear no responsibility or liability for any such unauthorised actions.

​

6. Refund Policy

​

6.1 Participants may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of registration (“Refund Period”).

​

6.2 Upon dispatch of e-learning materials to the registered email address, the Participant shall be deemed to have received full access to Course content.

​

6.3 Subject to Clause 6.1, once access to digital Course materials has been provided, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

​

6.4 All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to 1314@cosmomk.com within the Refund Period.

​

6.5 Where applicable, COSMOMK reserves the right to deduct administrative fees, payment processing charges, promotional discounts, or third-party transaction costs from any approved refund.

​

7. Participant Conduct

7.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during all sessions and interactions.

​

7.2 COSMOMK reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a Participant engages in disruptive, abusive, defamatory, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.

​

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All Course materials, including but not limited to content, frameworks, methodologies, recordings, slides, documents, and branding, remain the exclusive intellectual property of COSMOMK.

​

8.2 No part of the Course may be reproduced, distributed, recorded, published, transmitted, or otherwise shared in any form without prior written consent from COSMOMK.

​

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Course is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

​

9.2 COSMOMK does not provide financial advisory services, investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or any regulated professional services.

​

9.3 Any references to business, finance, trading, wealth, markets, or decision-making are strictly for educational discussion and conceptual learning only.

​

9.4 The Participant acknowledges that all decisions made based on Course content are made at their own discretion and risk.

9.5 COSMOMK does not guarantee any specific personal, financial, business, academic, or professional outcomes.

​

9.6 To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, COSMOMK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from participation in the Course or reliance on Course materials.

​

10. Personal Data

10.1 The Participant consents to COSMOMK collecting, using, and storing personal data for purposes including administration, communication, course delivery, and operational purposes.

​

10.2 COSMOMK will take reasonable steps to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

​

11. General

11.1 COSMOMK reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms from time to time as reasonably required.

​

11.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

​

11.3 By signing the Application form and/or making payment, the Participant confirms full acceptance of these Terms.
